Roast Settings
Manual. Heat set to 90%. Fan set to 80%. Preheat to 400F ENV. Drop after 14:00.
Roasting Notes
First crack started at 7:46. More vigorous at 8:80. First crack ended at 10:30. Second crack started at 13:13 and continued during drop. Roasted in the garage (cold ~55F), so roaster was slow to preheat. Moved heat to 50% when ENV temp hit 420F (during roast). ENV temp stayed near 420F until near end of roast. End bean temp was 402F. This roast is a bit darker than I usually prefer, but others may like it.
