This coffee was actually a blend, and used: Costa Rica Red Honey Los Santos, Ethiopia Kayon Mountain Taaroo, and El Salvador Finca La Esperanza. Roasting Notes
Noticed on Roast #3 that the fan did not get set to 80%; it was stuck at 50%. Identified problem: Alarm settings were changed to enable talking, as a result the alarm for setting the fan to 80% at ENV=375 did not get activated. Fixed for Roast #4 (and all subsequent roasts).
