Batch #2: Heard tells of second crack starting as the batch was dropped.

Batch #3: Dropped batch at 375 to add some lighter notes to overall roast. Also, physically dropped some beans on the floor, which artificially reduced the dry weight.

Batch #4: This batch was roasted on 10/19, a day after the first three batches.

Batch #5: This batch was roasted on 10/19, a day after the first three batches. Heard second crack starting before roast was dropped. I was fiddling with the roaster before the start of this batch trying to resolve a drum alignment problem. Roast seemed to take longer than expected.
